“3. Choose Liquid Calories Wisely.
Sweetened drinks pile on the calories, but don’t reduce hunger like solid foods do. Satisfy your thirst with water, sparkling water with citrus, skim or low-fat milk, or small portions of 100% fruit juice.
Try a glass of nutritious and low-calorie vegetable juice to hold you over if you get hungry between meals.
Be careful of alcohol calories, which add up quickly.
If you tend to drink a glass or two of wine or a cocktail on most days, limiting alcohol to the weekends can be a huge calorie saver.
4. Eat More Produce.
Eating lots of low-calorie, high-volume fruits and vegetables crowds out other foods that are higher in fat and calories.
Move the meat off the center of your plate and pile on the vegetables.
Or try starting lunch or dinner with a vegetable salad or bowl of broth-based soup.
The U.S. government’s 2005 Dietary Guidelines suggest that adults get 7-13 cups of produce daily. And it’s not really that difficult – stock your kitchen with plenty of fruits and vegetables and at every meal and snack, include a few servings.
Your diet will be enriched with vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, fiber, and if you fill up on super-nutritious produce, you won’t be reaching for the cookie jar.”
I’m Ashley. And I tried it all.
Atkins, Southbeach, Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig.
And I even listened to that silly baseball guy who talked about the shakes on TV for all those years.
And yet, since I had my second daughter at 39, I had gained even more weight and had not lost any…
Well, maybe a few pounds for a little while but then it all comes roaring back when I stop whatever gimmick I’m on that month.
You should’ve seen me in my college days. I was tall, slim and had been blessed by the good lord with an hourglass figure that always turned heads.
Hey, it’s how I attracted my husband Tom!
But after first-born… I couldn’t get back down to my normal 130. I’m 5 foot 7, and that was always a great weight on me.
Yet I’ve spent the better part of 20 years pushing 220 pounds.
Then one sleepless night, I stumbled on a Facebook post on how to lose weight effectively.
The post was written by Adrian Thomas, a retired paramedic from California who’d stumbled upon a weight loss solution that helped his overweight wife Amy finally lose 65 pounds.
The biggest revelation from Adrian’s post was that the real cause of stubborn belly and body fat has nothing to do with starving yourself…
Or slaving away countless hours in the gym doing workouts you hate…
Or your thyroid, metabolism, aging, or genetics.
Instead it all comes down to a dangerous foreign compound that’s floating through your veins right now…
Something we are all exposed to constantly that forces your body to store more and more fat.
So, no matter how much you work yourself to death in the gym or restrict your diets as much as you want, this dangerous foreign compound inside your body makes absolutely certain you never lose an ounce of fat.
At that moment, it dawned on me that it wasn’t my fault that I could not lose weight.
All of the things I thought I was doing right, all the advice I’d receive from health professionals – starving myself, running until I ached, eliminating carbs, yadda, yadda, yadda — they weren’t really helping me because I wasn’t fixing the root cause of weight gain.
All that time and effort, not to mention thousands of dollars down the drain…
Because I was fed lies by these so call health professionals who merely helped me treat and mask the weight gain “symptoms”…
While all this time, this dangerous foreign compound remained in my body making me gain more and more weight.
Can you believe that?
Adrian continued to explain that by following a simple 7-second “daily ritual”, no matter your age, shape or size, you can effectively rid your body of this dangerous foreign compound and force it to melt away the unwanted fat.
Despite Adrian showing pictures of his wife Amy from a couple of months ago, I was skeptical about the 7-second “daily ritual.”
But I owed it to myself to at least give the ritual a try.
And I was desperate to try anything.
Plus, Adrian obviously knows what works for fat loss since he single handedly helped his wife lose 65 pounds.
You won’t believe what happened next!
In a single week, I lost 9 pounds and could really see the difference right away. My hips seemed slimmer and my jeans started to loosen up.
So I kept following Adrian’s advice and I actually lost 67 pounds total in the next 5 months!
I’m not down to 130, but at my age and for my height, I think 145 is pretty darn good.
And, at 44 years old, I look amazing in a sun dress and I feel 20 years younger… and to tell a bit of a secret… Tom can’t keep his hands off me!
Since then, I have found out that Adrian made it his mission in life to share this healthy weight loss discovery with women all across the world.
Adrian’s discovery has made such a big impact on my life that I would regret it if I did not share his presentation with others.
Imagine waking up every morning full of energy and loving what you see in the mirror…
Imagine enjoying the foods you love: pasta, wine, or even a dessert — completely guilt-free…
And imagine feeling good and living your life without obsessing about every single calorie you eat…
All while knowing your health is being protected by one of the most powerful natural healing rituals ever discovered.
If you’re a woman who has struggled with weight loss, you owe it to yourself to watch Adrian’s presentation and finally have the solution you need to lose weight and take full control of your life once and for all.
The consequences would have been disastrous had I not have strapped on my faith and followed Adrian’s 7-second daily ritual.
I would never be living the life of my dreams right now.
And I would have continued to gain more weight and be inundated with a whole set of chronic diseases including heart-attacks, diabetes and chronic joint pains.
