“Start your day right.
Work out first thing in the morning, so it’s done no matter how crazy your day gets. Workout to your favorite shows.
If you struggle on the bike, treadmill, or elliptical, stream your favorite TV shows and watch them only when you exercise as an incentive.Picture the popcorn.
When that bag of caramel popcorn won’t stop calling your name, close your eyes and visualize eating 30 pieces — imagine the crunch, the salt, the stickiness. Chances are you’ll eat less than usual. 18. If you have a dog, take him for a walk. It’s better for both him and you than just letting him out the back. (Bonus: He’ll love you even more!) If you don’t have a pet, offer to walk a neighbor’s dog. Make friends; lose weight.
19. Decrease your food intake by 100 calories per day. Theoretically this translates to losing nearly 1 pound per month (1 lb = 3500 calories)—with hardly any effort. Using smaller plates and bowls can help you achieve this, since it makes less food seems like more. Similarly, eating slower can cut out extra calories since it takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes for your stomach to sense it’s full.”
I’m Mary. And I tried it all.
Atkins, Southbeach, Nutrisystem, Weight watchers, Jenny Craig.
And I even listened to that silly baseball guy who talked about the shakes on TV for all those years.
And yet, since I had my second daughter at 28, I haven’t been able to lose any weight…
Well, maybe a few pounds for a little while but then it all comes roaring back when I stop whatever gimmick I’m on that month.
You should’ve seen me in my college days. I was tall, slim and had been blessed by the good lord with an hourglass figure that always turned heads.
Hey, it’s how I attracted my husband Tom!
But after Andrea was born… I couldn’t get back down to my normal 130. I’m 5 foot 7, and that was always a great weight on me.
Yet I’ve spent the better part of 20 years pushing 220 pounds.
Then one sleepless night, I stumbled on a Facebook post…
The post was written by John Barban, a fitness trainer and nutrition expert to the celebrities.
What was so interesting about this post was that John wrote about how he had suffered from uncontrollable weight gain after turning 40— even though he was “the one” celebrities went to whenever they had to lose weight and get fit for a role.
But all his knowledge and experience didn’t matter, no matter what he did, he was not able to lose weight.
So for two years, he dedicated his time and energy to finding a solution to the root cause of his weight gain and to fix it once and for all.
And he finally found it!
The biggest revelation from John’s findings was that age and genetics didn’t play a part as to why men and women in their 40s, 50s and even 60s don’t lose weight.
Instead, they were all gaining uncontrollable weight because of shallow sleep syndrome.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re getting 8 or even 10 hours of sleep a day, if you weren’t in a state of deep sleep, the resulting hormonal changes make sure your body stores fat and throw your fat burning cycles out of whack.
At that moment, it dawned on me that it wasn’t my fault that I could not lose weight…
All of the things I thought I was doing right, all the advice I’d receive from health professionals – starving myself, running until I ached, eliminating carbs, yadda, yadda, yadda — they weren’t really helping me because I wasn’t fixing the root cause of weight gain.
All that time and effort, not to mention thousands of dollars down the drain…
Because I was fed lies by these so called health professionals who merely helped me treat and mask the weight gain “symptoms”…
While all this time, I wasn’t getting the deep sleep I needed causing my body to gain more and more weight.
Can you believe that?
John continued to explain that by following a simple 2-minute “after-dinner ritual”, no matter your age, shape or size, you can overcome shallow sleep syndrome and force your body melt away the unwanted fat.
Despite John showing a “before” picture and an “after” picture of himself from a couple of months ago, I was skeptical about the 2-minute “after-dinner ritual”.
But I owed it to myself to at least give the ritual a try.
And I was desperate to try anything.
You won’t believe what happened next!
In a single week, I lost 9 pounds and could really see the difference right away. My hips seemed slimmer and my jeans started to loosen up.
So I kept following John’s advice and I actually lost 67 pounds total in the next 5 months!
I’m not down to 130, but at my age and for my height, I think 145 is pretty darn good.
I look amazing in a sun dress and I feel 20 years younger… and to tell a bit of a secret… Tom can’t keep his hands off me!
Since then, I have found out that John made it his mission in life to share this healthy weight loss discovery with women all across the world.
John’s discovery has made such a big impact on my life that I would regret it if I did not share his presentation with others.
Imagine waking up every morning full of energy and loving what you see in the mirror…
Imagine enjoying the foods you love: pasta, wine, or even a dessert — completely guilt-free…
And imagine feeling good and living your life without obsessing about every single calorie you eat…
All while knowing your health is being protected by one of the most powerful natural healing rituals ever discovered.
If you’re a woman who has struggled with weight loss, you owe it to yourself to watch John’s presentation and finally have the solution you need to lose weight and take full control of your life once and for all.
The consequences would have been disastrous had I not have strapped on my faith and followed John’s 2-minute “after-dinner” ritual.
I would never be living the life of my dreams right now.
And I would have continued to gain more weight and be inundated with a whole set of chronic diseases including heart-attacks, diabetes and chronic joint pains.
I really hope it has the same impact on you as it did on me. Because the information you’re about to learn has literally saved my life.
