It may be hard for many women – but eating breakfast plays a very crucial role in losing weight. Breakfast gets your metabolism up and running first thing in the morning. Park further away from the mall entrance, take your dog for an extra long walk (he or she will appreciate it too!), take a romantic stroll around the park with your partner – there are so many ways to take 10,000 steps a day. Make it enjoyable and you’ll forget you’re doing it to lose weight.
10. Constantly Remind Yourself Why You Want To Lose Weight
Why do you want to lose weight? This will undoubtedly become difficult, but when you’re faced with decisions or feel like you’re going to give up, remind yourself of why you started. Tell yourself every week, even every day, do your best today – it will pay off tomorrow.
